WHAT WE DO
Springview Farm is located at the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges in the small hidden suburb of Narre Warren East. Nestled between Lysterfield Lake Park and Cardinia Reservoir, .
Our 37 acres is home to cows, horses, chooks, and sheep. We also accomodate a large number of kangaroos, deer, rosellas, and cockatoos at dusk and dawn. Our bush walks are a constant surprise with wombats, echidnas and rare wrens crossing our path. Our orchard and vegetable garden supply us with an abundance of fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs. I believe we have the best lifestyle in the world. Our days consist of fiddling in the veggie garden, digging for potatoes, picking raspberries, strawberries, apples, oranges, hunting for blackberries, Horse riding, feeding baby lambs, tending to young chickens and collecting eggs from the older girls, swimming in the dam, flying down our 50m slippery slide, fixing fences, collecting firewood, feeding out hay to the cows, bringing round bales into the shed at Christmas, cleaning out water troughs, fixing pumps. We are nearly always outside and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. We are crazily busy but we are doing that we love.
OUR PRODUCTS
For over 30 years, I have been making Jams, Chutneys, and relishes from recipes handed down from grandparents and my own inventions. I have changed some recipes to my own liking and am continually experimenting with new ideas and tastes. I love good food, food with real flavour, straight from the garden! The veggie garden has expanded since commencing the business as real food starts with real ingredients grown organically.  If I cannot grow it, I will source it from local Australian markets. Australia is such a huge and diverse country with every climate, so with a little research, you will find an Australian grower and producer.
OUR CREATIONS
With a passion for quality Australian food, we make every product with farm-fresh produce and a lot of TLC. With multiple gardens on our property, we strive to grow all our own fruit and vegetables. If we can't grow it, we will source it from sustainable local farms to ensure we are using the highest quality ingredients.
GLAMPING EXPERIENCE
Springview Farm is a secret pocket of land located between Lysterfield Lake Park and Cardinia Reservoir. Only 10 minutes to the beautiful Dandenong Ranges, and Puffing Billy. On arrival at Springview Farm, we will drive you to your exclusive Glamping site. An open grass area between our dam and bushland. A slice of heaven with your own 5m Bell tent looking out to the eucalyptus and native bush. Each tent is luxuriously and carefully appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay on our farm. Your Bell Tent comes with a queen size mattress, pillows and all linen, bedside tables, and solar-powered lamps. The large grass area is perfect for relaxing or playing badminton, cricket or football. Our cattleman’s shelter overlooks our spring fed dam. Here you can relax by the fire pit, cook dinner and watch the world go by.
